This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on Deetya Jewellery’s official website: www.deetyajewellery.com. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the provisions stated in this Return & Refund Policy.

Return & Refund Eligibility and Conditions

Customers can request a return within three (3) calendar days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must remain unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The product must be packed in its original packaging, including all tags, certificates (if provided), and protective materials.

  • A valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation, must be shared.

To initiate the return, email support@deetyajewellery.com within the return period. Clearly mention your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Please note: Return requests submitted after three days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund. These include:

  • Items bought during sale events, such as milestone sales or clearance promotions

  • Customized or pre-ordered jewellery

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered

  • Items purchased from third-party platforms or other retailers

 

Additionally, items returned without prior written approval will be declined.

Exchange Process

We allow exchanges only if a product arrives defective or damaged.

Here’s what you must do:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Share a 360° unboxing video in a single, continuous shot showing the unopened parcel being opened.

 

Once verified, we will either send a replacement or provide an equivalent item, subject to stock availability.

Refund Terms Under This Return & Refund Policy

Deetya Jewellery only offers refunds in limited circumstances, such as:

  • If an international shipment is lost in transit, verified by the courier.

In such cases:

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes will not be refunded.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless agreed upon in writing.

  • If you request Deetya Jewellery to arrange reverse pickup, a ₹150 handling fee will be deducted.

  • We advise using a trackable and insured courier service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

  • If you request a cancellation before shipment, we may offer a credit note, not a refund.

Reporting Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing items or an empty box, report it within 48 hours of delivery. A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims.

  • We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund that does not meet the criteria above.
