Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of products sold through Deetya Jewellery (“we”, “us”, or “our”) on our official website www.deetyajewellery.com (“Website”).
1. Order Processing Time
1.1. We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), from the date of confirmation.
1.2. Orders containing pre-order or customised products may take longer to dispatch. In such cases, the estimated processing timeline will be mentioned on the product page.
1.3. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order/pre-order products, the entire order will be shipped together, unless specified otherwise.
2. Shipping Charges
2.1. Domestic Shipping (India):
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.
For orders below ₹1499 or Cash on Delivery (COD), standard shipping charges may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
2.2. International Shipping:
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the package.
All custom duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in the destination country are to be borne solely by the customer at the time of delivery.
3. Shipping Timelines
3.1. Domestic Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location.
3.2. International Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on your country and local customs procedures. In rare cases, this may extend to 6–8 weeks.
3.3. Delays: While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors outside our control (e.g., public holidays, natural disasters, courier delays, customs clearance).
4. Tracking Your Order
4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, WhatsApp, and/or SMS, using the contact information provided at checkout.
4.2. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to reflect on the courier website.
5. Address Modifications
5.1. Shipping address changes can only be accommodated prior to dispatch. Please email us at deetyajewellery@gmail.com with your Order ID and updated address as soon as possible.
5.2. Once the order is shipped, no changes can be made to the delivery address.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1. Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the customer will be contacted for reshipment. Additional shipping charges will be applicable for resending the parcel.
6.2. Lost or Damaged Parcels: For lost or tampered shipments, please contact our support within 48 hours of the delivery date. A 360° unboxing video is mandatory to process claims of missing or damaged items.
